Volunteers!!

We need volunteers for race! We'll need help both July 30th and on race day July 31st.

On the 30th, we'll need 15 people to man the run course for the trail run, mostly just handing out water and directing runners, about 10 people at the race site to help set up transition after the trail run and then approximately that many to help at packet pickup at the Sleep Inn in North Liberty. Set up will start at 11 AM and packet pickup at 12:45 PM.

On July 31st (40-50 people), volunteers will need to be at the race site by 6am....I know, I know, it's early, but all volunteers will get a sweeeet tech tee, plus some other great schwag. There will also be breakfast so all you have to do is roll out of bed and show up. We won't even care if some of you have lingering smells from the night before, just as long as you're there! If you have friends that can help bring them too!
